Mycoal hand warmers, 7 hours heat from each, 80 pairs

Each packet contains two handwarmers. This offer is for 80 packets of two.

It doesn't matter how your hands get cold, but it's awful when they do. It could be during everyday activities, or when you play or watch sport, or when you engage in various leisure activities.

These are relevant to skiers, golfers, fishermen, bowlers, climbers, hikers, campers, those who play or watch football and rugby, those who enjoy equestrian activities. Not only do these make you feel better, they can give you a competitive edge, especially when playing golf or bowls. And, given the British climate, they can be useful at all times of year.

Put one of these in each glove or pocket and you'll keep your hands beautifully warm for 7 hours or so.

Once you open the outer wrapping the inner packet absorbs oxygen and warms up, holding a temperature of 57 deg c (max 70 deg c). Read the instructions carefully before use.

The best before date on these is Dec 2011.

Remember that reusable warmers may appear to be a better investment, but they only keep warm for a very short time. If you need several hours of heat, you will not get that from a reusable warmer.

We accept credit / debit card (preferred), postal orders and sterling cheques (we will wait for the cheque to clear before sending the goods), or Paypal for all goods bought in the UK. To our overseas customers please note that we cannot accept non-sterling cheques or postal orders.

Payment must be received within seven days of purchase. Unpaid purchases will be forfeited after seven days and a Non-Payer report will be filed with eBay to recover the closing fees of the auction.

We sell all our items worldwide. If no specific postage charge is shown, ask us to quote or request an invoice.

Your order will normally be posted within 5 business days after your payment has been received. If it is not posted within this time frame we will contact you to tell you why. Orders are not normally processed for shipment on weekends and bank holidays.

Your item will be professionally and carefully packed. Our p&p charges to the EU do include VAT at the standard rate.

Most orders placed before 2pm on a weekday, and paid by instant Paypal or credit card are despatched the same day.

Faulty goods
All our goods are new. Any item found to be damaged or faulty when received must be notified to us WITHIN 14 DAYS of receipt. Do not return the goods until we ask you to.

Non-faulty goods
We accept the return of goods that were wrongly ordered or ordered in error for exchange. These items must be returned to us carriage paid in the original packing and in a saleable condition WITHIN 14 DAYS of receipt. P & P or carriage on any exchange or replacement item is chargeable.

Returns for refund
These items must be returned to us unused with original packaging intact and in a saleable condition within 14 days of receipt. Goods must be returned carriage paid. Refund of purchase price (less a 10% restocking fee) will be made by the same method as the payment was made. Postage and packing will not be refunded.

Our Missing Post Policy

It's our opinion that the Royal Mail is one of the best postal services in the world, but out of the hundreds of items we send out each day, a few do occassionally go missing. If you've ordered an item from us and it hasn't turned up in:

Standard or International postal options: 5 Working days.
Our Special Delivery or Courier services: 3 Working days.

Then please let us know, we'll be able to tell you when it was shipped, when it was supposed to be with you, and confirm your address with you. If you've selected one of our tracked delivery services, we'll start trying to trace your shipment straight away and see what we can to. Fifteen working days after the package should have arrived (twenty-five days for international airmail), let us know it's still missing and we'll send you a replacement free of charge or a full refund - including postage - with our compliments.
This amount of time ensures that the item has really been lost; you'd be amazed how many items we've seen turn up within this fifteen day time limit, and saves you, and us, the hassle and expenses of returning duplicate items.

Mistakes
We are human and we do make the occasional mistake. Let us know what the problem is and we'll try our very best to fix it.
