Pint Sized People have been trading at fairs, shows and other events for over 7 years, selling original and fun products for children of all ages.  If our children don't love - we don't sell it.
 
We only sell brand new stock and we always purchase from official distributors.  We do not list products that we do not have in stock.

Payment

Please pay within 7 days of purchasing goods.  We accept Paypal, Personal Cheques (made payable to Pint Sized People), Postal Orders and Bank Transfers to be sent to:

Alternatively please call 0117 9109936 to pay with all major debit and credit cards.

Shipping

We take great care packaging every item to ensure safe shipment to you.  Your purchase will be sent in a padded envelope or boxed with additional protection where necessary.
We offer fantastic mutliple purchase discounts and your total will be automatically calculated on checkout,  if this does not calculate correctly please request the total from us and we will send a revised invoice.
We charge a postage fee to cover our costs of materials and labour. Once your order has been processed and we have received cleared payment, our aim is to dispatch your items within 24 hours of receiving cleared payment.  You will receive an email detailing your dispatch date.
Proof of posting is always obtained and should you feel your goods have been delayed, please contact us.

We pride ourselves on our customer service.  Please contact us via e-mail or call 0117 9109936 before leaving feedback if you are not 100% satisfied with the goods or the service you have received.  We will endeavour to respond within 24 hours.  
We warrantee and represent that the goods are as described in the above listing.  We specifically disclaim any implied warranties of title, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.  Customers should satisfy themselves that any item choice made is suitable for their intended purpose or use.

Returns

We are confident you will be happy with your purchase from Pint Sized People, however, should you wish to return or exchange and item, please do so within 14 days of receipt.  The item must be returned undamaged and in a resellable condition, in it's original packaging.  Original or incurred postage costs will not be refunded to the purchaser.
Genuinely faulty goods will be replaced or money refunded, however we must be advised of any faulty goods upon receipt of the item.  It is the customers responsibility to pay for and ship the item back to us.  If the item is found to be faulty, we will also refund the return postage cost.
Items are always thoroughly checked before dispatch but in the unfortunate event that an item is damaged in transit, please contact Pint Sized People within 24 hours of receipt.
