FREE Shipping on multiple purchases in a single transaction from our store, (Some items are excluded from this offer). Full payment is required before your order is dispatched. We do accept U.K. Sterling cheques however full cleared payment needs to be received before goods can be posted. Goods are dispatched by Royal Mail 2nd Class Delivery, however we may at times send items by a Recorded method at our discretion.  Items sent abroad are dispatched by Royal Mail International Signed For Service and a signature will be required upon receipt of the package. Cheques can be made payable to The Wooden Gnome Store. All prices quoted are inclusive of VAT. All our items conforms to all European Safety Standards and are suitable for children of three years and over unless otherwise stated. Should any items be returned from the Royal Mail reason not called for the original postage costs will not be refunded. Return policy

You have the right to a cooling off period of 7 days after receipt of the goods during which you may cancel your order for any reason and return the goods to us for a full refund. You must inform us in writing or by email of your intention to return the goods within this 7 day period and return the goods undamaged, in a re-saleable condition and in the original packaging.
