Please can I just point out that one of my eiderdowns was returned due to the simple fact the buyer slashed open the packaging with a knife! - hence then returned the eiderdown as faulty for a refund which left me out of pocket - can I just ask that you use your common sense as this has only happened the once and I hope it wont happen again!

I always try hard to describe items as accuratley as possible and put in as much info as possible -
