What Hi-Fi five star rated preamplifier from the classic 'X' component system from 'Musical Fidelity. This system dates from circa 2000! However people are still claiming that it is one of the best systems ever at the original cost price. Legend is that they ceased to make it as it cost too much to produce, because of the high quality fascia and metal body, plus the high quality components etc etc. Just type it into any search engine for all the famous reviews of this item. Condition wise it is very good, if not better than good. However, I am a honest seller and would'nt want to ruin my exemplary feedback rating so, there is ever so a slight scratch chip on the right hand side of the body on the rear end (as pictured in side photo). Also on the top bevelled edge there are 3/4 slight scratches that are only noticeable on close inspection the red bulb light is slightly scratched (minute) and is'nt noticeable when it is lit up. Otherwise it comes with the original power leads and the original box. However not the original packaging materials and the instruction booklet. I had this from new from sevenoaks hifi from new and it has had little use over the past few years due to ipod fever. Also always been worried that it gobbles too much electric etc. Frequency Response - 20hz - 20khz = 0.2db Inputs - five line + MM phono Any Q's feel free to ask.
