It is a high quality boned neck corset in a size medium which measures 12" unstretched. As with all rubber it will stretch to fit larger necks. This neck corset is brand new and features eyelet fastening in the back. It is a unisex design. At 00.99 without reserve this is a real bargain, so don’t let it go.
