I am sorry that we don't accept cheque.

All items will be despatched within 1-3 days after receiving full payments.

We use Royal Mail First Class delivery service for most of our products, and will use recorded mail service if the item or items have a combined value over £35.00.

Please contact us if item didn't arrive after 15 working days, we will submit a claimto  Royal Mail and will refund the money back to you when we receive our refund from Royal Mail.

Please allow extra time for it to be cleared if using e-cheque with Paypal.

We will not ask you any question if you decide to return a product. Simply email us within 3 days of receiving it and return the goods within 7 days unwron and in their original packaging. We will do the refund as soon as we receive the goods back. Postage will not be refunded and the buyer must bear the cost of returning the item, except where the item is found to be faulty.

If item is faulty or gamaged during post, please contact us immediently. Replacement or refund will be arranged according to the buyer's instruction.

Customers are asked to note that for hygiene reasons Earrings and Jewellery Sets containing pierced Earrings may not be returned.
