Multiple Cemetery Grave Plot Carolina Memorial Gardens

For sale are four (4) adjacent cemetery grave plots at Carolina Memorial Gardens located on Rivers Avenue in Charleston, SC.  These plots are owned by my father (Ed) of Greensboro, NC.  We had 8 plots in the family.  My grandparents are buried in two of the plots.  We've reserved two next to them for possible future family use.  That leaves these four (4) adjacent plots that need to be sold.

The four (4) plots are numbers 1,2,3,4 in Lot 63 in the Singing Tower section.  This is a high and dry section.  These plots are "curbside" adding to their desirability.  We are seeking $2500 each for these highly prized plots.  We prefer to sell these together rather than divide them up.

If you desire to purchase these, send me a message first through the ebaY message console and ask questions or tell me what you're wanting to do.  I will put you in touch with my father who owns the plots.  He will be able to transfer them to you upon purchase.  After you strike a deal, you can purchase the plots through ebaY.  Ebay/Paypal will help assure the safety and legitimacy of this deal.

Shipping and handling costs (if any) are based on the weight and size (dimensions) of the item, cost of packaging materials (boxes, tubes, special envelopes, foam, etc.), time (packing the item and getting it to shipping center), and gas.

Delivery Confirmation will be added to all packages shipped (unless the item fits in a standard First-Class envelope and is less than 3/4 of an inch thick). 

I will add insurance to items over $25.  It will be built into the item price or added as an extra charge under shipping.  Shipping insurance may be provided by a third party provider.

I ship within one (1) day of payment received if you choose the expedited/overnight shipping option (unless it’s a holiday or weekend and shipping center is closed).  Otherwise, I ship within five (5) business days.  If you want an item shipped via a particular method or shipping service, you must request it.

I do ship some items internationally.  Check the auction to see if this particular item is available for international sale. Please send me a message thru eBay indicating your request for shipping costs to your country.  In most cases, they will not be specified in the auction listing. Not all international parcels are insurable.
