Beautiful mixed female guppies. Our guppies are approx between 3 to 6 months old when we sell them and come in a vast amount of colours. We currently have blacks, cobras, orange, lyre tail, yellow, blue and greens in our tanks. If there are specific colours you would like, please email us and we shall do our best to assist you with exact photos etc.

We ship out our fish Monday to thursday via our couriers for next day delivery by 12. You must ensure that an adult is available for the following day to sign for your fish. All fish are packed in a box, double bagged and supplied with a heat pack. Your maximum postage costs are £15.99, regardless of how many fish are purchased.

Adding new fish to a tank:

Adding new fish to your tank without proper acclimatisation can result in shock due to a sudden change in water chemistry.

This could lead to an outbreak of whitespot or even death. There are a number of methods of safely introducing fish to the new conditions. Turn off the lights in the aquarium and float the bag for 20-30 minutes in the dark. Depending on the hardiness of the fish, open the bag and add a cupful of water from the tank every 10 minutes or so. Once the bag is full, release the fish into the tank so they can adapt.

Arrive Alive Policy

Fish are sent by our couriers to arrive before 12 noon the next day. We will only ship on a Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday. The fish are double bagged and sent in a insulated box with heat pack. Guaranteed live delivery - In the unlikely event of a DOA please take a photo of the fish in the unopened bag and contact us within 1 hour of delivery with the photo.

A refund will be issued for the price of the fish and the postage for the individual fish / shrimp that is DOA, for example if you buy 20 fish with postage costs set at £15.99 and one is DOA you will get a refund of the cost of the fish plus postage of 79p (£15.99 / 20). If a delivery date is agreed, and you, the customer are not in to receive the fish and as a result the fish arrive DOA then no refund will be offered.

Return DOA Procedure :
1. After you have notified us of your loss, and taken a photograph of it in its unopened transit bag, place the deceased specimen in a sealed bag with a teaspoon of table salt, and put it in your freezer until it is ready to be mailed. Never discard or return specimens without authorization from us.

2. Once we receive the deceased specimen from you, we will issue the refund including return postage costs.

If you do not agree to these terms then no purchases should be made.

Returns:

If you are returning any other item purchased from us we shall refund both the purchase price and the original postage costs. Notification of cancellation should be provided to us within 7 days of receiving your item.

You, the customer, will be under a duty to restore these goods to us and, in the meantime, to keep them and take reasonable care of them. This duty to take reasonable care ends if you , the customer, (at his own expense) sends the goods to the supplier. We will not provide a refund on postage costs for items returned to us. Goods must be returned to us within 5 working days of notification of cancellation.

Damages

Any item that has been damaged whilst in transport to you must be notified to us in writing as soon as possible and within a maximum time period of 3 working days. Photographic evidence of the damage to the item and to the packaging may be asked for and all packaging must be kept. In most cases we do not need the item and the packaging returned to us, however there will be times when we will require it. In these instances we shall pay for the cost of returning items to us. In the event of any damages we shall refund on the cost of the damaged items and also the postage costs.

Return policy

Buyers of our goods have up to 14 days from the date of receipt to return items to us.
Goods that are purchased as brand new items using the ebay shopping formats of Buy It Now, Fixed Price Auctions and second chance offers are able to return there item to us for a full refund which will include the original purchase price paid and also the initial postal charges. The cost of returning the iteming will be met by the buyer. All goods must be unused, unopened and in the original packaging to qualify for a refund.
If a customer wishes to return an auction based item to ourselves then we will only refund on the auction price paid for the item. Postal charges will not be covered in a refund for an auction item.
All refunds will be met through the original payment method where available. In any instance of being unable to apply a refund through the original method, a cheque made payable to the original purchaser shall be sent to the same address as the original item for the refund amount.
