Hand crafted of 100% top quality Chrome Tanned and drum-dyed leather (A dyeing process in which leather is immersed in dye and tumbled in a drum, allowing maximum penetration.), strong and durable for the toughest wear. Drum dying is a completely natural finishing process, with no paint being used. It is during this process that the leather will absorb the dye that will give the finished product its final result.
Super-tough, water-repellent.
Consequently variations may occur due to the dye being absorbed at different rates by the leather, giving the leather some variation in color. Skins that have been chrome tanned are much stronger and less prone to tearing. Crest Ridge Saddlery® uses only high quality leather, which insures the breathability, durability add quality of our accessories.

The colors available are Light Oil, Black, Mahogany and Brown Finish. The colors in these photos DO NOT do this item justice! The color is a much richer finish! Each fitting that attaches to the saddle/pack saddle has a scissor snap so that you fit it ONCE and forget it forever. No more fooling with conways on the trail! Full 1-year material and craftsmanship warranty

Crest Ridge Saddlery ® Warranty is to the original purchaser only, to be free of defects in materials and workmanship excluding misuse and neglect. Freight to return a product to the company, for defective determination, is borne by the purchaser.

These saddles are designed for use on the trail and recreational riding and are not in any way guaranteed for roping or any other purpose that varies from the original design intent. This warranty does not apply to any defects caused by negligence, misuse, alteration, abuse or accidents.

Crest Ridge Saddlery ® will repair or replace, at it's sole discretion, any product found to be defective by the company, for use as intended, after return to, and examination by, the company. The sole remedy under the warranty or under any implied warranty is limited to the replacement of defective parts.

Delivery Timing and Pledge:
We pledge delivery of in stock items in less than 10 Business Days East of the Mississippi (12 Days if delivery is west of the Mississippi) whenever you confirm availability and promptly place your order using a verified/confirmed address.
EXCEPTION: We typically ship within 5 business days between Thanksgiving and Christmas; delivery time is then based on your location & holiday congestion.

International Orders:
Crest Ridge Saddlery® ships Worldwide - Please email us for the shipping cost on all International orders. The shipping price quoted will not include any import duty, clearance costs, retail taxes or the like that may apply to your particular country. Unfortunately the import laws and requirements vary considerably in different countries, accordingly you are responsible for these additional charges should they apply. If we are charged for your duties, clearance costs or taxes on the goods, we will debit the cost from your credit card. Please check with your local import broker or customs office prior to ordering. If the package is seized by Customs for any reason whatsoever and we do not receive the package back, we will not issue a refund.

Three Day Evaluation Period
A 3 day evaluation period begins when you receive your item. If at any time during this three day period you become dissatisfied with our merchandise we will assist you in every way to fulfill your needs, if we are not successful you may return the item (in new condition) and we will provide a prompt refund.

Saddles and Accessories may be returned for a full credit or refund (excluding shipping charges and insurance), but must arrive in the same condition that we shipped them. We do request that you try your new saddle and make sure that it will fit both horse and rider. Please use extra care to keep the saddle in mint condition, without scratches, dirt or horse hair. A restocking fee will be charged to cover any damage or cleaning costs. If the saddle does not fit the horse or rider, you should call before the saddle is returned in case it is necessary to ask additional questions or to have you take pictures or make measurements.

Please do not use Styrofoam peanuts for packing. Upon receipt of the item here at the store we will inspect the item. If it is still in new condition, we will gladly refund the entire purchase price of the item.
If these conditions are not met there will be a 30% restock fee charged.

Please phone (870) 499-7413 in advance for return merchandise authorization code (RMA) before returning any goods; without this code your return will not be accepted. Make sure the return authorization code is clearly marked on the topside of the return carton. If exchange or refund merchandise is not returned in original unused condition, a 30% restock fee is charged to allow for a reduced re-selling price. If the goods you are returning have been altered or modified in anyway, this will immediately terminate any exchange of return provision offered above. Credit card returns (credits) and refund checks (if you paid by check) can take up to 10 days to be processed after we have received the returned goods. (Return provision does not apply to clearance items, custom orders, used merchandise or lay away purchases).
