We use different couriers dependant on the size of your item and your location. The cost of the shipping includes packaging, staff time and the actual shipping costs, for all smaller items we use Royal mail and we keep all proof of posting, most of these items are sent first class delivery and are usually with you within a few days, however if an item goes missing and it was sent via royal mail, it can take up to 15 days which is when royal mail class it as lost in the post, and at this point we can then claim and re-deliver/refund your item.
