At CWS we believe that you and your goods are our No1 priority.

We do not expect you to wait in all day for us to collect or deliver, we will arrange to call you when we are an hour away or 10 minutes away whatever is best for you. If we get held up in traffic or delayed for whatever reason we will call or text to let you know.

Your goods are insured "All Risks" whilst in our vehicles not a limit like £15 per kilo.We are quite happy to fax a copy of our insurance certificates for your inspection before booking. All vehicles carry straps blankets and "Bike Grab" wheel clamp for motorcycles to ensure the geometry of your bike is not compromised in any way, The suspension is not compressed in transit ensuring handling etc remains as was before loaded into van.

Our Philosophy is if we do a good job for you you will tell other people as you would if we did a poor job, to put it bluntly you pay our wages and without you we would not exist so we appreciate your custom and will do what we can to ensure you are completely satisfied with the finished Job.

We operate with 1 driver per van so you must ensure there is help with loading/unloading if awkward or heavy items, we can supply a two man team but please state this at the time of booking unfortunately this will reflect in the price quoted. We can do sameday collection and delivery, Overnight or economy which is collection and delivery within 7- 10 days of booking. The latter being most popular with Ebay purchases.

Please do not ask us to pay for your items for you, unless you supply the money in advance.
