The TUTORO Drive Chain Oiler
NEW MODEL For Spring 2008 !
The TUTORO is a bespoke precision engineered device with a sleek aesthetic form that complements today's modern motorcycles.
Each component of the TUTORO has been specifically designed and manufactered from the ground up and is not to be confused with low cost DIY solutions.
Everyone knows a chain and sprocket set will last longer if you keep it well maintained, but not everyone wants to go to expense and trouble of fitting an automatic oiler that connects to the bikes vacuum or electrical system.
The TUTORO (TopUpTurnOnRideOff) is a simple, easy to fit, economical solution
There's no wiring to do nor any connections to any of the bike's systems, simply decide where you want to mount it and route the oil delivery pipe to the chain.
It oils your chain as you ride
It won't invalidate your manufacturer's warranty
Simple to fit, no special tools required
Extends the life of your Chain and Sprockets
Metered flow lubrication
The simple to use Flow Valve lets you adjust the rate of oil delivery from a quick flow to "maintain" the chain all the way through to a drop or two a minute for long distance touring whilst a quick glance at the clear Acrylic reservoir tube lets you know if its time to refill.
Each Oiler comes complete with easy to follow instructions and cable ties to attach it to the bike. If you can't find somewhere to cable tie it, use the high strength doublesided adhesive pads (included). Delivery pipe and laterally adjustable delivery nozzle are also included in the kit, the only thing you need is oil.
The TUTORO is not oil specific
Standard 10/40 motor oil will do fine but its just as happy with bespoke Chain oil. A pre-release 1500 mile continental road trip test has just been carried out using ordinary motor oil with excellent results.
To give a better idea of scale, the lightwieght, compact TUTORO measures 120mm from the top of its cap to the bottom of the feed spigot, so it wont be a problem to find it a home on your bike.
