We hope that you will be happy with your purchase. Should you be unhappy with your purchase we will be happy to exchange a product providing it is returned in new, unopened condition in its original packaging, within 7 days of purchase. We do not refund postage., and refunds are at our sole discretion. Items lost or damaged receive Royal Mails statutory compensation of £30. We will complete the claim forms on your behalf and forward to you together with proof of posting, or if you wish us to claim please forward the damaged item to us recorded delivery and obtain proof of posting, we do not refund return postage. We do however offer you optional insurance, which guarantees you a replacement or refund should the item not be received by you. If you decline the optional insurance we are unable to accept responsibility for items lost or received in a damaged condition. All items are checked for defect prior to dispatch. Compensation forms and proof of posting will be sent to you to enable you to claim for their non receipt or damage. Items not received within 15 days (international 30 days) must be notified to us in writing. Royal mail also requires a signed statement of non receipt, and investigates all claims prior to paying out compensation. In the event of strike action by Royal Mail, claims will not be considered for non receipt until 30 days following dispatch. Please be patient on such occasions, as we are unable to verify dispatch times during these times. |
