Delivery - If cleared funds are received by 3pm on a working day (Mon to Fri, excluding holidays) most items are despatched the same day, if this is not possible we promise to either despatch your order within 2 working days or contact you if this is not possible. Paypal and Credit Card payments clear immediately, but please allow  5 working days for clearance if paying by cheque.
 
Returns Policy - If you receive a faulty or damaged product, or a product does not comply with a listing due to an error or a change in specification we will replace the product or refund you in full. If the item is as described and you decided you do not want it we will refund you for the product not any carriage charges, minus a 15% restock fee to cover administration and any listing fees. We must be notified within 3 working days of delivery. This restock fee will be waived if you exchange the product for another product of the same or higher value. We will only charge you for the additional postage costs incurred. Products must be returned with the original packing and in good condition to be acceptable for return.

Measurements/sizing charts are always shown on listings for clothing items, shoes and helmets to help you select the correct size. If in doubt, please contact us before bidding. 
 
Payment Methods - We of course accept Paypal payments, but can also accept credit and debit card payments. AMEX cards can only be accepted through paypal. Queries - If you have any questions or queries please contact us through the ebay contact seller connection, this ensures the question goes through to the correct person and minimizes delays.
