This is a maternity nightshirt from Mothercare. It is really generous with the material so it would probably fit as a size 20 as well. Front opening so is ideal for your hospital bag to allow breast feeding easily. I brought this towards the end of my pregnancy and didn't get the chance to wear it much so is in excellent condition.
