Postage & Packing

Cost of postage + 50p packing costs

I am happy to combine shipping, again only charging the actual cost of postage, plus 50p packing/GBSS donation for the first item, plus 20p for the second, 20p for the third, 20p for the fourth and so on.

I aim to post Wednesday/Thursday, barring kiddy disasters at my end!  I post by 1st Class Post and always obtain a Certificate of Posting.

I do post worldwide.  Please ask the price before bidding as some of Royal Mail’s overseas charges are quite high!

Refunds

I try to describe my items honestly, but I am a busy mum, and so if I miss something and the item is not how you expected it I am happy to refund any item returned to me within 7 days in exactly the same condition it was sent out by me.

I cannot refund the P&P or the cost of posting the item back to me though.

I am a mum, not a trader (don’t let this whizzy free software fool you!), mainly selling off Mini Boden, Next, Gap, H&M and similar kids clothing to buy more clothes!   I donate at least 20% of the proceeds to Group B Strep Support after this easily preventable infection left my 6 year old daughter blind with severe cerebral palsy a few days after her birth.
