First Time Buyers |
| We sell a variety of merchandise at the lowest possible price with consideration to each item(s) value. We strive to sell excess clearance and retail merchandise to resellers. All buyers must take into consideration that a wholesale or liquidation type product is very different than buying new items from a retail store. This is because our auction items for sale come from many sources such as excess inventories, out of business liquidations, discontinued product lines, open or torn boxes, merchandise returns, scratched or dented factory & store rejects. Some items are in perfect or like new condition but could still have functional issues. So therefore not really knowing the full functionality of these items, we advertise them in our listing as best as possible. It's difficult for us to know exactly if the items we have up for bid is fully complete with all its accessories. We do not spend time testing or checking each item. Our warehouse workers give it a simple overview of its physical condition. If it's an electrical item our staff will check to see if the item turns on. No testing is done for compatibility or entire functionality. This is why we strongly state that this type of low cost merchandise is not for everyone. There is always some uncertainty about these items being auctioned. Although we have plenty of satisfied customers we must point out that this is not a retail type of operation or store front. We do not offer customer support, guarantees, after sale service, refunds, exchanges or replacements. These items may not be what you expected or they may have issues beyond what we observed. Shipping cost is based on quoted rates currently charged to us by our shipping carriers. We reserve the right to use services of UPS, DHL, FedEx or USPS without prior notification or written consent. Additional charges by one of our shipping carriers may apply to your auction order, for rural deliveries and added fuel surcharges, residential address delivery charges which depends on your provided shipping location. FOR ITEMS UNDER $100 WE MAY SHIP BY UNITED STATES POST OFFICE AT OUR DISCRETION. Combine Shipping |
| We do offer combined shipping on multiple purchases in order to save you more on shipping costs. Although combining shipments can be arranged with simple visual packing discrection from a shipping manager. Keep in mind it must also depend on the items won by the "Same Customer -ID'd" auctions. Combined shipping is dependent on the items the customer has won on auction. Since we sell items in a range of sizes and weights the process of combining shipments is not 100 percent accurate or assured. However after you win multiple auctions you will be allowed to combine your items if our packing and shipping systems allow it. With most items we get an accurate weight from a measuring scale and round up to the nearest whole number. ie;This means that an item which weighs 3.5 lbs. would be rounded up to 4 lbs. Then, 1 lb. would be added for packaging making the total estimated shipping weight 5 lbs. For every additional 10 lbs. of weight we add an extra 1 lb. for packing materials. We only allow up to 5 different auctions or 35 lbs. in total for one box combined shipping. An email will be sent to you if there is a problem associated with combining certain items you have won on our auctions. |

Local Pick Up |
| Local Pick Up is a optional method of getting the auction item. This method must be pre-arranged and allowed via email by the seller prior to you bidding on the item. Customers may arrange a time with us for coming to pick up their ordered item(s) however, packing-materials and handling fees still apply to all invoices. Customers must have completed the auctions check out processes and have all orders paid in full via a verified Paypal account prior to making an appointment for arriving at the facility. No payment will be accepted at our warehouse. All local pick up customers will also be required to present a valid form of ID (drivers license or credit card) with the identical name that appears on their auction and Paypal account. Customers will also be required to sign for receiving their product(s) before leaving the facility. Local pick up hours are only on selected Monday's and Friday's from 11:00 AM to 3:00 PM. |

Payment |
| After winning an item in an auction or completing a Buy It Now purchase, you will have two (2) check-out options: Pay Now: Click the 'Pay Now' button on the top of the item listing to immediately proceed with the checkout and payment process. Select 'Pay Now' ONLY after winning an item in auction or completing a Buy It Now purchase. Pay Later: If you do not wish to Pay Now or wish to combine multiple auctions for shipping, you will be sent a e-mail to your registered e-mail address after the auction item is closed. The message will contain a link to a secure checkout system, where you will be able to quickly and conveniently pay for your purchase. If you have not received this email within a day of the auction close, please contact us at by email with your auction number and email address associated with this winning bid. Paypal.com is the prefferred method of payment. We must charge sales tax for items shipped to: California. Payment for all items is due within 1 week of the auctions ending date. Orders paid by credit card, will be boxed for shipment once processing is complete. Our accounting department will send an e-mail reminder until payment is made. Non paying bidders will be left negative remarks toward their profile. We do not accept any personal checks, or cash as forms of payment. Feedback |
| Positive feedback is generally left after the winning bidder pays for the item they purchased. Leaving a negative feedback may result in a negative remarks and alert to eBays SafeHarbor Team. In cases where buyer fails to pay for their item, we will initiate a Non Paying Bidder process. |

Refund Policy |
| Please remember that we sell items in various condition, from brand new and factory sealed to severely damaged and parts only. Please make sure you always read the condition of each item prior to bidding. We provide (5) types of refunds as displayed below. All refund claims must be made within 7 days from receipt of product and all requests must be in writing via email to seller. With the exception of a missing item all refunds will require a return authorization number (RMA) issued by seller and the item must be shipped back to seller for inspection and processing. Failure to obtain an RMA prior to returning an item to seller will result in an Unauthorized Return which will incur additional penalties and charges. All returned items must be sent insured with delivery confirmation through a known carrier like: (UPS, DHL, FedEx or Postal Service with delivery confirmation paid from buyer). NO items can be dropped off from buyer for RMA or Exchange. Any reimbursements by seller will be made via the payment method chosen by the customer when the item was purchased (ie: if you paid with your VISA card you will be refunded on your VISA card). Please note that refunds take up to 9 business days to post to your account and may not be visible until your next months billing statement. |

(1) Missing Item |
| In the event that Seller is missing or looses the auction item, the customer will be fully refunded for that item including all shipping costs (to and from the customer if applicable) and packing/handling fees related to that item. |

(2) Incorrect Item |
| In the event that a customer receives an item different than the item that appeared at auction, the customer will be fully refunded for that item including all shipping costs and packing/handling fees related to that item as well as return shipping costs. In order to receive this refund the customer must contact Seller for an RMA number and mail the item back in the same condition that it was received. |

(3) Shipping Damage |
| Seller sells items in various conditions from new to damaged. In the event that an item is damaged in transit by the shipping carrier and is damaged beyond the condition stated at auction, the customer may claim up to the amount of the winning bid, plus all shipping costs and packing/handling fees related to that item. In order to receive this refund the customer must contact Seller for an RMA number and mail the item back in the same condition and in the same original packaging that it was received. |

(4) Buyers Remorse |
| In the event that a customer wishes to return an item for ANY reason which is not mentioned above, the customer must contact Seller for an RMA number (Return Merchandise Authorization) and mail the item back in the same condition that it was received. Seller will refund the full purchase price for the item minus a 20% or $10 restocking fee (whichever is higher). Seller will NOT refund any shipping, packing or handling fees. All returned items must be sent insured with delivery confirmation through mail (UPS, DHL, FedEx or Postal Service) and may NOT be dropped of in person. |

(5) Unauthorized Return |
| In the event that Seller receives any item that does not contain an RMA number (Return Merchandise Authorization) and to the extent that Seller can identify the item, Seller will refund the full purchase price for the item minus a 30% restocking fee. Seller will NOT refund any shipping, packing or handling fees. |

Disclaimer |
| Merchandise should be properly packed and insured with the carrier for the full amount of purchase. Signs of abuse, tampering or intentional damage from buyer on returning items will be refused and returned to auction buyer at auction buyers expense. An RMA number is good for 1 week from the date of issue. Customers/Buyers must send the defective merchandise to Seller with freight pre paid. Making sure that each box is visibly marked with its RMA number. Buyers RMA'd item(s) were originally purchased from Seller and distinct serial numbers or markings match item sold on invoice and auction listing. Also any buyer who initiates a dispute claim or chargeback will incure a (admin fee to each transaction in dispute), this is a fee incured for the time spent by our staff to investigate and process needed informations. |
