Under the distance selling regulations, buyers have a 7 day cooling off period from the day they receive their goods. At G-Bay, all goods can be returned within a 14 day period, providing they are unopened, unused and still in their original packaging. (Including outer packaging). Original cost of goods (minus postage) will be refunded if the goods are returned as above. However the cost of return postage must be borne by purchaser. Also the final value fees charged by ebay and paypal will be deducted from the refund. All goods must be returned using a signed for postal service. Refunds will be actioned once goods are received and the above criteria satisfied.

Damaged upon receipt goods. Please do not sign for any goods whereby from the look of the packaging the goods contained therein may have been damaged in transit. Please advise the courier to return the goods. By signing for the goods, you are accepting that you are satisfied. No claims for damaged in transit goods will be accepted where you have signed for the goods. Please email me if you have had to return the goods and I will arrange a refund/replacement (if available) once goods have been received.

Faulty goods must be notified within 2 days of receipt. Please send me an email in the first instance stating what the fault is. Once agreed, goods will be picked up by a courier on an agreed date and a full refund including original postage will be actioned or a replacement provided (if available). Please ensure you are available on the agreed pick up date. If for whatever reason you are not available and the courier cannot pick up the goods, you will be charged for the cost of the courier (usually £9.00) and subsequent rearrangement. Goods that are not reported within the specified time or become faulty after this period must be dealt with by the manufacturer of the goods.

Please note: the above does not apply to DVD's, cd's and software as per current ebay regulations.
