Detailed Description

Inspirational Toys was started in November 2006 to sell Montessori equipment to pre-schools and private individuals, thought out the UK. The company was started as a learning experience and a part time job, however it soon became too large to handle. As a result of my primary career as an Innovation Consultant taking off I have not had time to continue trading since April 2007. The company has a lot of potential and only requires the correct type of advertising to start making a profit again. This would be an ideal investment for a home business or a pre-school, to make use of extra space.

The branding and professionalism of Inspirational Toys has been carefully generated through an online store with automatic stock control, a large customer database for direct marketing, branding photos, a full colour catalogue, Credit Card facilities and a uniquely designed Montessori resource (used as a free quality sample). The level of detail in the company infrastructure and branding enables it to instantly compete as an equal in its marketplace. Similar businesses within the UK have a turnover of around £50k with a 50% profit margin.

I will provide 10 hours of consultancy free of charge as I would like to see this business become a success. This consultancy will be provided on a voluntary and good will basis, over a period of 12 months.
