No goods shall pass from the company to the customer unless and until the customer has made full and complete payment to the company.

It is the customers responsibility to make sure the correct item is purchased for their vehicle. With towbars The years stated on the listing signify the car manufactures production run. If the incorrect product is supplied due to the customer selecting the wrong product then Towequipe Limited will exchange the product less the handling charge

Towequipe Limited will not be held responsible for any costs incurred due to a faulty product by the customer unless they have been agreed, with prior arrangement by Towequipe. This clause does not affect your statutory rights.

The company does not accept responsibility for damage to any equipment in which our products are used for the purpose other than those for which it was designed.

Customers have 14 days to return any goods from receipt of them for reasons other than the item being faulty or errors made by Towequipe Limited. We do not accept goods back outside this time frame.

There are two options:

1. We can arrange for the item to be collected at a cost of £25 at an appointed working day. Failure to not being available at the arranged date will result in a further collection charge of £25. It is the responsibility of the customer returning the item to ensure that it is packaged well for the return journey. Upon receipt of the full goods back in a saleable condition a refund for the purchase price of the goods paid will be made back to the original method of payment. Any original postage and packaging charge cannot be refunded. For items collected outside mainland UK and in some scotish postcodes the collection charge will be different, please apply for further details.
2. You arrange for the items to be shipped back to our offices under your own method of carriage. The customer is liable for the safe transportation of the goods until they are received back at the companies office. Upon receipt of the full goods back in a saleable condition a refund for the purchase price of the goods paid will be made back to the original method of payment. Any original postage and packaging charge cannot be refunded
3. We do not offer a collection under our returns policy on Roof Boxes, if you wish to return the item for any reason it is the responsibility of the customer to return it to our offices.

No items for returns can be accepted at the company offices without prior agreement and without a copy of the RMA which will be emailed to you upon application to return the goods.

It was set up by Roland Rowson in 1980, who was previously a director of a chain of towing accessory shops in the Midlands. He brings to the company over 30 years of tow bar fitting experience.
