Payment
We accept payment via Paypal, postal order and personal cheque only. When paying with personal cheque please be aware that it may take 7 working days from us receiving the cheque for it to clear before we dispatch your item/s.
If you pay via paypal we will only deliver to the verified address.
Payment is to be made within 3 working days,failure to pay within 3 working days could result in a non payment strike being issued against you. If you would like to purchase from us but cannot pay within 3 working days then contact us before bidding on or using buy it now, we may be able to find a solution.
Items will be dispatched within 24 hours of receiving full cleared payment.
Terms of Sale

For "AUCTION" items, we only accept returns if the product is faulty or significantly not as described. We can replace faulty products if it is in stock otherwise a full refund would be offered. You MUST contact us first within 7 days of delivery of the item to discuss the returns procedure.
When we receive the returned goods, they will be inspected and if we agree, a full refund including postage costs will be issued. If you have any questions regarding our return policies then please contact us.
For "BUY IT NOW" items, to return a faulty product, you must contact us within 7 days from date of delivery for a replacement product or refund. If you want a refund and the product is not faulty, return postage will not be refunded. When we recieve the returned goods, they will be inspected and if we agree, a full refund including postage costs will be issued.
Returns must be posted via recorded delivery (with proof of posting).
