Many of my audio books are sold as used or ex-library, most tapes are tried and tested but I have not listened to them all. They may have stickers or labels or other identifying library markings. I will not deliberately sell an item that I know is faulty other than something minor which will be mentioned in the listing. If you do discover a fault you are unhappy with, please use Messages (and not feedback) to let me know.

I will always obtain a separate proof of posting certificate for each parcel that is despatched. Should Royal Mail damage or fail to deliver your item, I will send you your certificate. You may be able to make a claim for Lost or Damage (the receipient is recorded, not the sender).

Only payment option for outside UK is Paypal. Cheques take 5-7 days to clear into my bank account and items will be despatched after funds have cleared. I will confirm when a postal has been received, but cheques may not always be banked the same day.

I will try to confirm when items have been sent. All items should be despatched 3-5 working days after payment is received, including Paypal. If you think a parcel is taking longer than expected please use Messages to enquire. Overseas items take longer but are sent via Airmail.
