If your item is lost, or damaged, in transit I will refund you and claim compensation from Royal Mail.
Forward and return postage will be refunded if the item has been damaged in transit. Please also return packaging for inspection by Royal Mail.
I am willing to refund item cost (exc p&p) if you are not happy with your item as long as you return it in the same unused condition and packaging in which you received it.
No refund will be issued prior to receipt of returned item.
For your own protection you should return the item to me via Recorded Delivery.
