Delivery

We aim to have your items dispatched within 7 working days, from when payment is received. Estimated delivery time is within 7-14 working days.

Currently we only ship to UK Mainland as standard; this excludes Northern Ireland, Highlands of Scotland, the Channel Islands, Isle of Man and Isle of White. If you live in one of the excluded areas please email or telephone us to arrange delivery and discuss additional shipping charges

Normal delivery times are Mon-Fri between the hours of 10 - 4.30pm excluding public holidays.

Refunds & Returns

We issue replacement parts free of charge.

Damages need to be reported within 24hrs of delivery.

Returned items must be in the original packaging and in the condition they were delivered.

Refunds will be given for the cost of the item(s) only

We do not refund any delivery or returns postage costs.

When receiving goods you must check the item(s) before signing.

If your item is damaged in any way please contact us and inform the delivery person that your goods are damaged and sign them as received and damaged or return the item(s) instantly with couriers at the same time and do not sign for the items.

If you sign and checked and find out later that your item(s) are damaged we will not be able to take action as you will have signed the goods received in perfect condition. We will by all means offer replacement parts etc free of charge if available.
