2. Within 7 days upon receipt, the buyer may also return the product for replace or refund, if it happens to be defective. The return must be in good conditions.

4. The return cost is at the buyer, under any circumstances. Any refund or replace will be made after the return has arrived at us.

Other issues
Is it new? Yes, 100% brand new.
Do I have to pay tax? It depends on the customs of your country. According to our experience, the tax is none or very little in most cases. However, it depends. If it happens to be any, you have to pay it.
Does it has an Englih user manual? If we do not explicitly specify it in the specification table, sorry but no. However, the product is well designed and we believe it is very easy to learn it by playing with.
Do you ship in the original box? No. For safety consideration, the item will be shipped in an alternative safe box.

Keep away of those who sell the phone WITHOUT memory cards. Without a memory card, you can NOT enjoy Music, can NOT watch Movie, can NOT read e-book, NOR can you actually instal java applications. Without a memory card, almost all highlighted features of this phone become useless.
8GB memory is also much larger than 2GB, 1GB, 512M or 256M memory cards. It can hold more songs, movies and others.
