Is it new? Yes, 100% brand new.
Do I have to pay tax? It depends on the customs of your country. According to our experience, the tax is none or very little in most cases. However, it depends. If it happens to be any, you have to pay it.
Does it has an Englih user manual? If we do not explicitly specify it in the specification table, sorry but no. However, the product is well designed and we believe it is very easy to learn it by playing with.
Do you ship in the original box? No. For safety consideration, the item will be shipped in an alternative safe box.
