Mobile Double Scissor Lift with Double Roller Table

We can accept returns up to 7 days from receipt of the item as per the signed delivery note as follows -

1.	General Returns – All returns will be subject a 25% restocking charge with a minimum charge of £20.  Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the purchaser and will not be refunded for either the outward or return of the shipping.  Once the item is returned and checked a refund will be processed minus any damage and shipping.
2.	Mis-Description – In the event an item is grossly mis-described, we will refund the total cost of the transaction including postage once the item has been returned to us.
3.	Damaged Items – If items arrive damaged you must not accept delivery of the items, but call us immediately for instructions. Accepting delivery will invalidate all claims.

An RMA No. (Return Merchant Authorisation Number) is required for all returns, this number must be clearly displayed on the outside of any package and address to the Returns Dept or the package will be refused and returned.
