Leisureshack, the story so far…
 
Leisureshack was formed by Parker Motor Services Ltd, to provide an online solution to all of life's leisure needs.

Parker Motor Services was founded in 1926 (then Main Street Garage) by Joseph & Esther Parker, selling petrol, repairing and servicing cars. When Joseph died in the late 1930's, his son George and his wife Gladys took over the helm and ran it until 1969 when he sold the business to his three sons and present directors James, William and John.

Parker Motor Services today is enjoying its fourth generation of Parkers and employs over 150 people. With 80 years experience in the retail business, Parkers are able to provide through our online website, an opportunity to purchase all products needed for the outdoor life, backed up with the knowledge and customer care that has seen us develop and prosper over the last 80 years.

With huge purchasing power, we are able to supply familiar brand names such as Thule Roof Box, Mont Blanc Roof Bars and racks, Gelert Tents, Bosal Exhausts and tow bars and Saunders Dog Guards plus many more items at incredibly competitive prices. We have large distribution facilities with well trained staff that efficiently deal with your order from the initial order point right through to the despatch. Most importantly, we are here to deal with any problems or returns that naturally occur in any business turning over, over 16 million pounds annually.

Payment

We accept payment by: Credit or Debit Card ( please ring 0116 2695192 to make payment) , Pay Pal and cheque. Please make cheques payable to " Parker motor services Ltd" and be advised that goods payed for by cheque will only be sent out once cleared. All Auction and "Buy It Now" prices include VAT.

Shipping

We take great care packaging every item to ensure safe shipment to you. We charge a postage fee only to cover our costs of materials and labour. Once your order has been processed and we have received cleared payment, your item will be dispatched as soon as possible. Please allow extra time if you are paying by cheque.


Mainland UK orders are normally dispatched same day when payment is made before noon. We expect delivery to be within 1 to 2 working days thereafter from the date of clearance of your order. We use a carrier company that requires a signature on delivery althought instructions can be left to leave the parcel in a secure location without a signature. Please note this will be at your risk completely. 

The standard delivery charge is as per the description for delivery to Mainland England, Wales and Southern Scotland only, other areas may attract an additional charge (see below), if in doubt  PLEASE GET A QUOTE before purchasing or Bidding on any ebay item. (email with your full address and the item required).

Returns

Genuinely faulty goods will be replaced or money refunded, however we must be advised of any faulty goods upon receipt of the item. It is the customers responsibility to pay for and ship the item back to us. If the item is found to be faulty, we will also refund the postage cost.

We can arrange collection of goods but you will need to ring us on 0116 2695192 to arrange it.
