We only ship to addresses with UK Postcodes, all items are shipped to the address you have provided on E-Bay / PayPal.

We accept payment by: Credit or Debit Card via PAYPAL ONLY, Postal Orders, Bankers Drafts, Bank Transfers and Cheques. Once item(s) have been purchased or an item(s) are bought via an auction you must make payment within 3 days of purchase/auction bid win.
After purchase an Invoice with detailed payment information to your REGISTERED E-BAY E-MAIL ADDRESS will be sent. Please make sure the e-mail address you have registered on eBay is correct/up to date.
Cheques take up to 4 working days to clear, this means that if a cheque is banked on a Monday, it will clear at Midnight on Friday. Weekends & Bank Holidays are not classed as Working Days. Contact us for cheque payee name as incorrect details will result in a delay to your order being processed/dispatched.
Once an item is shipped our warehouse staff will e-mail you with the delivery details and a valid UK tracking ID number. Generally most shipments can then be tracked on-line (unless postage specified is standard non trackable postage). | |

REFUND / EXCHANGE POLICY
If you are not 100% happy with your purchase & should you wish to return the item, please please email within 24 hours of the item being signed for. You will be issued with a Returns Number that will act as a reference to track your return. This is vital, as without this number your return is void.
A refund will only be processed once the original item has been returned to us in its original perfect condition (as recorded by us). Once you have obtained a Returns Number (via email within 24 hours of reciept), please write the returns number clearly on the outside of your parcel and then return your goods (address will be provided along with returns number).
It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that the goods are returned to us unused, securely and undamaged. All products must be returned unused in their original packaging, along with full contents and an original proof of purchase. We must receive this within 7 days of sending you your returns number.
You are responsible for the safe return of your goods and we are unable to accept responsibility for items lost on their way back to us. Therefore, we strongly recommend that you use a delivery method which can be easily tracked E.g. Recorded Delivery or Royal Mail Special Delivery. NOTE: Royal Mail Recorded Delivery only offer limited compensation if a parcel gets lost while in their care. Therefore, we suggest that items with a value of £40 or greater be returned to us using Royal Mail Special Delivery.
The customer is responsible for paying all returns costs and original postage costs will not be refunded.
