All items are tested where possible.  Where it is not possible to test an item it will be listed as untested.

If any item is found to be faulty it must be returned to us within 7 days of receipt.  Return postage costs are at the buyers expense.

All parts are security coded on despatch.

Window glass items are despatched totally at buyers risk.

Any item ordered incorrectly can be returned for a refund of the purchase price but may be subject to a handling fee.

Our liability is limited to the price paid for the item.
