This design by Nora Corbett has a distinct Art Nouveau style. The young woman in profile in the centre, with her hair wreathed in full blown roses, could be one of Alphonse Mucha's decadent ladies.  As the title suggests, there are roses everywhere in this image - more surround the central motif, there are borders of rosebuds above and below this, and sprays of roses in the 2 bottom corners.

 The sample is stitched over 2 threads on 32ct fabric,  when the completed design size is 6.5 x 10ins. Shade numbers are given for DMC  embroidery threads. Metallic threads, beads and silk ribbon are used for embellishment. The chart is large and easy to read and is still packaged just as originally purchased.
