• Small items in Mainland Britain are only £3.99 for Royal Mail Recorded delivery i.e. Batteries, memory cards, chargers and small accessories.

• Large items in Mainland Britain are only £8 for Courier delivery i.e. Camcorders, Digital and Analogue cameras, lenses, flashguns and tripods.

• Northern Ireland (Royal Mail) 2-5 days £20.00

• Scottish Highlands (Royal Mail) 2-5 days £20.00

We do not deliver outside the U.K. and N.Ireland.

Allow up to 2 working days for Courier delivery. Orders received after 12:00 Noon on a working day will normally be dispatched on the next working day (Monday to Thursday).

Please note that our Couriers do not deliver on weekends, (unless a Saturday delivery is chosen) your order placed on a Friday or over the weekend will be delivered to you on the following Wednesday.

We will endeavour to deliver goods within the times stated and delay in delivery of goods is sometimes outside of our control. Any dates specified for the delivery of the goods are approximate and are not guaranteed. Delivery charge for goods is the method of dispatch for which you would like your product dispatched on.

Despite our efforts, there can sometimes be unforseen delivery delays. Please wait 48 hours after the estimated delivery date before contacting us about a missing order. We will not accept liability for goods lost in transit unless we are notified within 10 days from the expected delivery date.

Any discrepancies in delivery must be notified in writing or email contact within seven days of the delivery date.
