Having said that, I must confess I really enjoyed it. The music as always is awesome and just working out to it gave me a buzz (may have annoyed the neighbours on New Years Day as well). The DVD is split into sections, Warm it up, pump it up, dance it up, tone it up and a cool down. They are all good and the dance it up section is particularly challenging to follow, but hey, that's the advantage of a home DVD, pause and rewind. The most effective section for me is the tone it up section, i could really feel every muscle being worked and having different options or levels to follow was an advantage. Overall, I rate this DVD highly, expect to be challenged, but sticking with it is well worth the effort." "When i first tried this dvd, it pushed me so hard i thought i was dying! but as i did it a few times i realised that i really was getting fitter! the burn it up section is exhausting, and the tone it up section is short enough to do before going to work and really does make a difference! like some of the other reviewers i really can't keep up with the complicated dance routines in the dance it up section, but the other workouts make up for this. i would recommend this dvd for people who like to dance, want a high energy workout which will really push you, and have some stamina. this dvd really gets your heart rate up!"
"This is a fun workout and works well as a contrast to other DVD's such as Nell McAndrews workouts. Variety is the spice of life. GIVE IT A GO. It is professionally produced and a lot of work has gone into the choreography. Don't give up at the first hurdle." To view more fitness dvds click here or choose a category on the right.
