The instructor is really pleasant (I havent heard of her but she's in that sexy 80s style call on me video) she is good at instructing and from the warm up onwards you will get a really good exercise session. There is a lot of bouncing around (in a dancy Ibiza sort of way) so if you live in a flat the people downstairs may not like you too much!
