Sorry for the inconvenience to genuine new eBayers, but this is due to far too many non-paying Bidders.
Dispatch - we always aim to dispatch items within 24 hours (Monday to Friday only) of receipt of cleared payment.

We do not accept payment by Bank transfer or cash. There are no exceptions to this so please do not bid if you cannot pay by one of the accepted methods.
Overseas bidders please note we can only accept payment by PayPal.
Payment terms – we are happy for Customers to buy more than one item to benefit from our combined postage discount. However, if you wish to defer payment until other item/s have ended please let us know as soon as possible. Payment can be deferred for up to 7 days to allow for other auctions to end but please do not expect us to wait any longer than this unless agreed in advance in writing. Payments outstanding for longer than 8 days (without our prior agreement) will be reported to eBay as unpaid items.
Customs labels - we will not write anything but the true value and nature of the goods on Customs labels so please do not ask us to make false statements. There are no exceptions to this. We always include an invoice inside the parcel.
Goods in transit - we cannot be held responsible for any damage to or loss of items in transit unless the Buyer takes up the option of Postal insurance, at extra cost (except where stated).
Returns - should you need to return an item to us for any reason, please contact us first, within 24 hours of receipt of item. Returns must be made within 14 days of receipt at the Buyer's expense unless the wrong item has been sent by mistake or the item is faulty.
Offers – whilst almost all our ‘Buy it Now’ listings allow Best Offers please be aware that there is no point in making an offer which is considerably lower than the asking price. We make our asking prices very competitive anyway so would never accept an offer which was not close to that amount.
VAT – DHMI are VAT Registered in the UK. Our Registration number is GB 898 0537 73. All sales within the EU are inclusive of 17.5% VAT.

We always pack our models very carefully using good quality packing materials. All models are sent in suitable cardboard boxes, we never use jiffy bags.
We only use recorded / signed-for postage services and items will only be sent Overseas by Airmail.
For 1:12 bikes and 1:18 cars we generally only offer insured postage services. The prices shown above are for un-insured postage on all 1:43 models. If you require insurance (which we recommend for purchases totalling £34.00 or more) then please contact us for details or wait for your invoice where insurance price will be quoted as optional.
We do offer postage discounts on multiple purchases as shown above. Please note that we always charge for the heaviest and, therefore, the most expensive P&P item first. The price shown above in the ‘additional item’ column is for each additional item.
Please note that the above prices only apply up to 2kg total packaged weight and are also dependent on the overall size of the parcel for Overseas shipment. If your parcel exceeds 2kg or is over the size allowed by Royal Mail to be sent ‘small packet rate’ then additional charges will apply.
