All bidders please be aware, all listings, sales and postage etc for Oxfam Mirfield Ebay are done from my home and unless they are of an abnormal size they are retained at my home till sold or disposed of back to the shop. Should a viewing be required before the end of the listing I will require 24 hours notice so I can take the item to the shop to be viewed, likewise at the end of the listing if the winning bidder wishes to pick up the item from the shop and not have it posted, I will again require 24 hours notice to take the item into the shop for collection.

Some items are used, recycled items, that is exactly what they are and will say so as will new ones. Do examine all photographs as they will also be a good indication to you of the condition of the item/s you are bidding on. Wear or whatever. Each item is checked us me prior to listing and described accordingly do bear in mind though, that all descriptions that we give are given in good faith and none will intentionally mislead you, any faults we see on them will be pointed out . But mistakes can happen. If your item isn’t as it should be, then contact us straight away so that I can put things right. An e-mail is a much better way to resolve a small problem, than a pointless exchange of poor feedback.
POSTAGE:We cannot be held responsible for packages lost in the mail. However we will always help if there is a problem.The basic postage charge will always include recorded delivery throughout the UK. Insurance, guaranteed next day delivery are all available as extras. Please ask if required.
OVERSEAS BUYERS: There is no tracking info without insurance,however I will not send items abroad unless international signed for to ensure receipt of delivery, but additional insurance can be arranged so please ask if this is required.
