Payment

We are able to accept credit/debit cards and paypal payment securely via our online checkout system or over the phone. Auction winners should make payment within a strict three days please, otherwise items will be relisted.

Shipping

Please note that shipping prices quoted are to UK mainland only.

All parts are sent either 1st class post or by Interlink courier delivery on a next day before 5pm service, depending on the cost. For some items our system may offer the option of either, so that the buyer can choose to upgrade. Dispatch is on the next working day following payment wherever possible (99% of cases). So to be clear, you order and pay today before 11pm and we despatch tomorrow apart from weekends and Bank holidays. All parts are sent in secure jiffy bags or boxes with your invoice attached to the front in a documents folder. Delivery should be on the next working day following dispatch, but 1st post is NOT gauranteed; i.e please allow up to 3 working days for Royal Mail.

Postage and Packing Charges

We try to keep our postage costs as low and as fair as possible - the charge covers postage cost, packing, shipping, the envelope or box, the label, the invoice and the administration associated.

Returns Policy

We know that buying parts can be a tricky business - things don't fit, the colours don't match, the list goes on. But to make things as painless as possible, we allow all our customers to return parts for a full refund or exchange. All we ask is that if we supplied the part(s) correctly, then you will pay the postage costs. If it's our mistake, we will of course cover this cost. Please bear in mind that in order to offer this service, you'll need to return the item in unused condition within 7 days of reciept - so that we can resell it. When electical parts are returned, we will need to re-test them prior to re-stocking. For this we charge 15% of the original part cost. This is offered in addition to your statutatory rights.

Special Delivery Requirements

If you have special delivery requirements other than those offered, you will need to contact us to discuss the alternatives. Special delivery services cost extra than the p&p quoted. Please phone 02476 398085. All UK offshore islands operate to different delivery schedules and increased costs in some cases, please contact us prior to purchase if you are unsure.

Can I collect this item myself?
Sorry, but no. All of our items are courier delivery only. We are a mailorder company only. Retail shop prices could be double for this item, so we sell direct and reduce costs. Customer collections involve many hidden costs which we save to give you the best price possible. This applies to local customers as well.

After winning an item in auction or completing a Buy-It-Now purchase, you have two check-out options:

Check-Out Now to pay by credit/debit card or by PayPal! click here to immediately proceed with the checkout and payment process.

You will be able to complete your payment and finalize your purchase without waiting for the winning bidder email confirmation.

Check-Out Later: If you do not choose to Check-Out Now, you will be notified via e-mail that you are the winning bidder. There is no need to contact us to arrange payment. We will automatically send you an e-mail within three hours of auction close. Our message will contain a link to our simple and secure checkout system, where you will be able to quickly and conveniently pay for your purchase.

Our feedback shows that we are serious about customer service and our Power Seller status is proof that we adhere to the trader standards set down by eBay and in the Square Trade customer protection scheme. All our products mechanical items that need good customer service, so when we achieve near 100% feedback it's not through selling socks or paper plates, but by answering our phones, shipping on-time and providing proper after-sales care!

VAT is already included in your bid price at the rate of 17.5%. Your invoice that accompanies your goods will have the VAT amount seperately listed.

Non-Paying Bidders

We always endeavor to treat our customers fairly - and in return we ask that our customers respect the eBay rules and guidelines when dealing with us. The act of bidding is an acceptance that you wish to purchase the item, so please do not bid if you do not intend to purchase. Each sold item costs us money, and non-paying bidders will be responsible for the auction listing charges.
