The skirt has a black elasticated waistband when stretched measures 20 inches unstretched 16 inches, it has a 2.5 inch shaped top with a very full circle frilly skirt measuring 5.5 inches (including the frilly edge) which has been made in a stunning VERY CUTE- plain emerald green cotton with a black glittery pleated filly edge and finished with a black satin bow.
