Delivery Details
All stoves are delivered on lorries with tail lift and pallet truck, so you will not be required to assist in lifting the pallet from the lorry.. The courier will be able to wheel it off the lorry for you but will not assist in carring the goods into your home.
In the event that there is no one else at home to help you get your stove indoors - we wrap all pallet well in plastic pallet wrap to keep the goods dry should they need left outside for a few hours.
It is of utmost importance that when signing the couriers delivery sheet you INSPECT GOODS ON DELIVERY. Failure to do so results in the voiding of the insurance and should damage have occured in transit - we will not be able to claim on your behalf. Any incidence of glass damaged in transit MUST be noted on drivers ticket and reported within 1 > 2 working days from receipt, so we can send a replacement. Any stoves damaged in transit should be REFUSED, we can claim and immediately despatch another.

For the last few years, we have been working on a flat rate shipping cost way way below actual cost. We endeavour to continue doing this - but unfortunately with increasing fuel costs and surcharges made by carriers, we have had to raise the delivery charges slightly. With our flat fee rates, you only pay about 60% of the actual delivery costs.
Of course - you may choose to collect your items from one of our showrooms. Should the items not be in stock at the showroom of your choice, we can stock transfer it for you to collect within a few days.
