Please open all the boxes or parcels as soon as they arrive. You have 7 days to notify www.TopTrenz.co.uk of any intention to return a product. If we are not notified of within this time, you agree to indemnify www.TopTrenz.co.uk in full against any losses we suffer as a result of your failure to notify us within 7 days. So please open all boxes and check your goods, as we really do want you to have a great shopping experience with us.
Goods must be returned 'as sold', in the original packing and with all paperwork and accessories.
Goods must be complete, unused and in 'as new' condition. If you have opened the box to examine the product it must have been done without damaging the box and packaging, or damaging the product in any way. The product must be re-packaged as received.
TopTrenz.co.uk cannot accept liability for packages damaged during transit. It is the Customer's responsibility to wrap the product adequately to prevent damage.
Proof of postage is not proof of delivery and you are therefore strongly advised to send your package by recorded delivery, registered post or courier, and to insure the goods for their full value.
Goods must be returned within 7 days of delivery. We are unable to accept returns of unwanted and non-faulty items after 7 days. You must organise the return of items at your expense and risk.
The value refunded for goods returned within 7 days will be equal to the cost of the product returned less the shipping costs. |
