Defective items must be returned within 20 days from the day you report the problem. All returns must be intact. If the replacement is not available, a refund will be issued in the form of the original payment method (no shipping or insurance charges are refunded).
  • There is a 30% restocking fee for all non-defective products returned. If defective situation noticed over 10 days after delivery, shipping, insurance and handling charges are not refundable. If you have any questions, please send an email to us and specify your eBay item number.
