1. Number of items listed for sale is a guide only. This is not necessarily the exact number of items available for immediate delivery. We generate sales via our websites, mail order departments & showroom as well as E Bay so stock constantly changes making it virtually impossible to maintain correct stock numbers for E Bay.
2. This item will be in stock in our Sales Office, warehouse or suppliers warehouse virtually constantly so delivery is anticipated to you within 3 working days of receiving cleared payment. Occasionally Stock can run low and delivery may take longer, in certain extreme cases (or in respect of a rare or exotic model) the system may be made to your order and take a few day , we will let you know if this occurs in your case so you can be preaperd for its arrival.
3. Working days does not include weekends, bank holidays or sales made after 3pm each (where it is impractical to complete the receipt of payment , invoice and arrange shipment of any sale)
4. If this item is not with you within 5 working days please contact us , via any of the following , E Bay message service , direct e mail or telephone , we only want to receive positive feedback and will do all we can to assist you in any query. We will of course always endeavour to make contact with you should there be any known delay in delivering your item outside the times noted above.
5. E Bay's message service is not perfect, if you do not get a reply by the next working day, try another means of contact, we answer all our messages, however some, just simply do not arrive. Please do not assume we are ignoring, this is definitely not the case.
6. Direct e mail is also answered daily, again please try an alternative contact method if you do not receive a reply, we receive massive levels of Spam mail, mainly off the back of E Bay, we have to filter this mail and sadly it does mean some genuine messages are inadvertently filtered. 7. Our telephone number is 0845 260 0015 , please use this if one of the other options has failed you , we try to keep phone times to a minimum so we can concentrate on working on your orders and keeping costs to a minimum so we can maintain our pricing policy.
8. When making any contact please ensure you have your item number , user name and possibly the PayPal transaction ID if you paid this way, good preparation saves time and will ensure you get a correct and useful response quickly.

10. Finally, please be realistic about your purchase, we want your business and you want your item; we are aiming to achieve the same goals.
