About Miidio™ Speakers

A Miidio ultra-compact vibro-speaker takes the signal from any music device and injects it into the hard surface on which it is placed, transforming the surface itself into an effective and powerful speaker.

Each Miidio speaker model features an extraordinary inner core and base plate that drives powerful and focused sound waves into the surface on which it is placed, causing that surface itself to vibrate and act as a powerful speaker.  A Miidio speaker works outstandingly on a variety of surfaces including glass, wood or plastic tables, cabinets, chests, window sills, shelves, wooden chairs or floorboards.  

These products use patented electro-acoustic technology to generate 360 degree sound from any device featuring a standard 3.5mm audio (headphone) socket such as an iPod or other MP3 player, laptop, PC, most multimedia mobile phones and many other hand-held device.

Each Miidio speaker comes with everything you need, including a lightweight compact battery box and a standard UK power adaptor for when mains power is more convenient.

United Kingdom shipping is typically via the Royal Mail 1^st Class Packet Post Recorded Signed service. This service provides cover for up £34 compensation and you will typically receive your goods the next working day after we ship them, however please allow up to 10 days for your delivery.

EU Zone and International shipping is typically via the Royal Mail Airmail Small Packets International Signed for service. This service provides cover for up £34 compensation and you will typically receive your goods 3 to 5 working days after we ship them, however please allow up to 10 days for your delivery.

Order Processing

We aim to process and ship orders every business day, Monday through Friday. We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays or National holidays. All orders received (checkout and payment completed) by 11am are usually shipped the same business day, however it may take up to 3 days to ship your order at busy times.

Expedited Delivery & Increased Insurance

Returns

All our products come with a 7 day satisfaction guarantee. If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase simply return it to us (unused) within 7 days of receiving your order (i.e. whichever is the earlier of the date delivery was first attempted or our shipping date plus two calendar days) and we’ll issue a full refund to you via your original payment method (postage, packing and handling costs are non-refundable). We regret that refunds cannot be made for products that show evidence of having been used. Return shipping costs can only be refunded where we have sent the wrong goods in error. Twisted Carbon does not offer a free returns service.
