Midwinter Large Bowl pre Stylecraft 1930's Art deco

This an auction for an unusual and rare large Midwinter Bowl starting at a low price and with no reserve. I do not know what pattern this is but from the mark and the shape it is from the 1930's. An example of the shape can be seen on pages 6 and 8 of Alan Peat's book, Midwinter A Collectors Guide. The mark is the circular one used before WW2 with the words Midwinter and Burslem within the lines of the circle and Porcelon through the middle. It has England underneath. The bowl is in the condition appropriate to it's age, with crazing throughout. There are two cracks one of which is 8cm long. The design appears to be hand painted as is the boarder.

As with all my auctions it will start at 99p and there is no reserve. The buyer will be charged actual postage and packing. For china items like this I will ship in a jiffy bag or box with bubble wrap. I would prefer to be paid by cheque, bankers draft, direct bank transfer or postal order by UK buyers. Overseas buyers by PayPal only. I expect buyers to make contact within 24 hours of the end of the auction and pay within seven days. I will of course be happy to combine items and wait for payment if you think you may buy several items which are to be put on over the next few days. The item will be sent out once funds have cleared. I prefer to ship by Special Delivery to UK addresses but as this is a low priced item I have put the cheapest price in the listing. If you want a different method of shipping  then please ask by email. Overseas entirely at the buyers risk and overseas buyers should email for a quote. I will accept returns for a full refund for any items wrongly described but I not responsible for non delivery by the post office or them destroying items unless you have paid for Special Delivery. If you wish to return something I expect an email within 24 hours of you receiving the item.
