About Us

J&P Supplies are a mail order company.  Everything we sell in our eBay shop is stock that we sell and use ourselves on a daily basis.  All our items are brand new and all are at prices far cheaper than the high street because most of the items come straight from our suppliers.  We buy in bulk and pass on the savings to our customers.  We have been selling on eBay for a number of years and our ratings speak for themselves.

Payment

Preferred method of payment is Paypal and we can accept credit card payments over the phone.  All Cheques must be made payable to Signaltech[Swansea]Ltd and if they are not then they may be returned to you which will delay the sending of your items.  Please note that we CANNOT accept cash.  All prices include VAT.

Shipping

We pride ourselves on fast dispatch once cleared payment has been received.   All our items are next day delivery and in most cases they get delivered on time by our couriers.  If your items are not with you within 48 hours then please call us on 01792 700354 and we will contact the couriers on your behalf to check on your items.


Restrictions and surcharges may be applicable for some services to destinations in the Highlands and Islands, Isle of Wight, Isle of Man, Northern Ireland, Guernsey and Jersey, Isle of Scilly, and Southern Ireland.


Any items returned to us for failed delivery will carry another deliver charge to the customer.  We do not do re-directions to alternative addresses after we have dipatched your items to you.   If after the item has been returned to us for a non delivery we will request additional money for a second delivery plus the cost of shipping the item back to us.  If after a returned item you require a refund it will be minus the original P&P cost plus the returned items cost [including free P&P charges].

Returns

Genuinely faulty goods will be replaced.  Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs & shipping fees will not be refunded under any circumstances.


Any product returned unopened, unused and undamaged in line with the Distance Selling Directive (DSD) are entitled to a refund minus the cost of the original P&P.  All items must be returned to us within seven days of receipt of the item from us.  Once you’ve informed us of your decision to return goods under DSD, you have 7 days to do so at your own expense.
