Still comes in original little mesh zip-up gift bag.  Lavender is very good for promoting relaxation and the heat takes away pain.  Originally from the Natural World the outer cover is a pink ribbed fleecy type material, the grey-ish bag on the top of the picture goes inside it, acts like a hot water bottle. 

No instructions but the cover is not microwaveable, please take the wheat bag out of its pink casing first, do not microwave for longer than about 2 minutes in an 800w microwave.
