*Faulty / broken / damaged item(s) will be replaced. Please contact us and this will be arranged a.s.a.p.
*Shortages must be notified to us within 48 hours from date of receipt by email or telephone. Claims for shortages received after this time period will not be accepted.
*We use Royal Mail 2nd Class (3-5 working day) service for the bulk of our deliveries (unless stated otherwise). 90% of mail is usually delivered ontime. 10% is late / lost in transit etc. Please allow 7-10 days before contacting us regarding non-delivery.
*Refund will be given when an item is not as described / replacement is unavailable or also faulty.
*Returns accepted back within fourteen working days from date of receipt with original packaging intact. 
*Items Not Required or Ordered Incorrectly must be returned at the buyers own cost, with original packaging intact and in a saleable condition. A refund will be given, but original shipping paid will be deducted.
