Proof of postage is obtained for every item sent and every item is covered by insurance up to a total value of £28.00. If your item is more valuable please ask for extra insurance which can be offered for an extra charge

PROOF OF POSTAGE IS ALWAYS OBTAINED FOR EVERY ITEM SENT SO I WILL MAKE A CLAIM WITH THE POST OFFICE BUT ONLY AFTER 15 WORKING DAYS (25 FOR NON UK ITEMS) HAVE PASSED AS PER THERE GUIDELINES.

AN ITEM IS NOT DEEMED LOST UNTIL THIS TIME HAS PASSED.

PLEASE DON'T GET ANNOYED WITH ME AS IT REALLY ISN'T MY FAULT!! I WILL ALWAYS SORT IT OUT

If your item has been damaged in transit please keep all packaging, a claim cannot be entertained without this

I do offer a discount on postage, wherever possible, for multiple purchases on an individual basis as I may be able to offer better discounts on certain items. However, please note that some items actually become more expensive to send the more you buy due to the Royal Mail postal structure as they actually become packets which are more expensive to send & in this case I am unable to offer the discount.

I do accept returns within 10 days of receipt and will refund the total cost of the item if there is a fault

Items must be returned at your own cost and proof of postage must be obtained

All non-fault items MUST be returned in their original UNUSED condition and in original packaging. If the item is deemed to be used I reserve the right to refuse a refund
