Directions For Use

For adults, take three (3) softgels, three times daily. Take one serving 30-60 minutes before your workout and the other two servings 30-60 minutes before your two largest meals. Do not exceed three softgels more often than every 3-4 hours. Limit use to no more than 9 softgels in a 24-hour period.
